The Ambassador of Ukraine to Norway Oleksiy Gavrysh met with Minister of Defense of Norway Tore Sandvik.

The Head of the Ukrainian Embassy expressed gratitude to the Norwegian side for the substantial military and technical assistance to Ukraine. He emphasized the comprehensive nature of this support, which has become an important contribution to Ukraine’s ability to defend itself against Russian aggression.

The parties discussed a number of joint projects in the military-industrial sector. Oleksiy Gavrysh noted that the high mutual interest of Ukrainian and Norwegian companies provides a solid foundation for long-term cooperation.

It was agreed to maintain regular contacts to accelerate the implementation of specific projects and coordinate on priorities for the use of military and technical assistance.
