Dear visitors,
The Embassy of Ukraine in the Kingdom of Norway is located at Arbins gate 4, 0253 Oslo. The fastest way to get to the Embassy from the Oslo Gardermoen Airport is to take NSB or Flytoget trains to Nationaltheatret (35 minutes ride).
Consular reception at the Embassy is held every day from 10:00 till 13:00 except Thuesdays, on Thursdays, we have it from 14:30 till 17:30.

The account number for paying consular fees is 705805.83219, BIC DNBNOKK. You shall pay the fee by internet before visiting the Embassy, print out the receipt at your bank's web page and bring it with you.
Several consular deeds which do not require your presence at the Embassy may be carried out by post, we advise Rekommandert. In such case, you shall put inside your envelope with the set of documents another envelope with your home address and stamps enough to send you back the documents.
1. Do I need a visa to visit Ukraine ?
Citizens of Norway do not need visa for short-stay trips and can go to Ukraine for 90 days within the 180 from the date of the first entry.
Please pay attention that the bearers of the Norwegian Travel Document (REISEBEVIS, green) and the Norwegian Immigrant Passport (blue) definitely need visa to go to Ukraine.

Starting from 01 November 2020 the MFA of Ukraine is issuing foreigners with Ukrainian electronic visas (e-Visa) via improved and facilitated procedure: e-Visa | Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (mfa.gov.ua)
2. Can I order translation at the Embassy?
The Embassy does not provide translation services.

3. I have already been to Ukraine for some time. How many days can I stay there without violating the 90/180 days rule ?

4. I have a document issued by the Norwegian Authorites. Will it be valid in Ukraine ?
First, you shall put Apostille stamp on it at the Fylkesmannen, after that translate it into Ukrainian and notary certify the signature of the translator at the Embassy (translation and certification can can be made in Ukraine as well).
