On Saturday, November 25, Ukraine and the world will commemorate the 90th anniversary of the Holodomor of 1932-1933 in Ukraine. Millions of innocent Ukrainians became the victims of the man-made famine-genocide.

We invite you to take part in the commemoration ceremony of the victims of the Holodomor in Ukraine, which will take place on Saturday at 12.00 on the Eidsvall square in front of the Storting.  There will be speeches, performances by the folk ensemble "Folkemelodi" and the students of the Ukrainian school "Kobzar", and a memorial service to commemorate the victims of Holodomor will be held. 

If you can't come to the square, participate in the tradition of lighting a candle in your window at home. Every year in November, we light memorial candles in the windows of our homes in memory of those tortured by hunger. Light a candle in your window on Saturday, November 25 and honor the memory of the millions of Ukrainians who died during the Holodomor of 1932-1933.
