The public conference "Strengthening Ukraine: Sharing Knowledge for a Sustainable Future", organized by the "Hromada" network (consisting of researchers based at universities, research institutions and think tanks in the Baltic and the Nordic countries with specific expertise on Ukraine), took place in Oslo.

At the invitation of the conference organizers, Charge d'Affaires a.i. Ihor Holovchenko delivered an address at the opening session, suggesting to the members of the "Hromada" network a number of topics for academic research that can be used in practical activities to stop Russian aggression and rebuild Ukraine.
