At the invitation of the Oslo Military Society (founded in 1825), Charge d'Affaires a.i. Ihor Holovchenko delivered a lecture on the Russian war against Ukraine at the meeting of the Society.

In his address, Ihor Holovchenko covered in detail the Russian aggression since its beginning in February 2014, the course of Russia’s full-scale invasion since February 2022 and the consequences of this war for European and global security.

The Chargé d'Affaires thanked Norway and the Norwegian people for the support provided to Ukraine in countering Russia's armed attack and answered a number of questions from the members of the Military Society during the Q&A session.
