Ambassador Oleksiy Gavrysh met with Member of the Storting and First Deputy Leader of the Centre Party, Bjørn Arild Gram — former Minister of Defence of Norway (2022–2025).

On behalf of the President of Ukraine, the Ambassador presented Mr. Gram with the Order of Merit, III Class, in recognition of his significant personal contribution to strengthening Ukraine’s defence capabilities.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the continuation of Norway’s parliamentary support for Ukraine. Ambassador Gavrysh expressed his gratitude to Mr. Gram for his consistent and substantial assistance to Ukraine during his tenure as Minister of Defence, as well as for his continued support for our country in the Norwegian Parliament.
