The Embassy of Ukraine in the Kingdom of Norway would like to express its gratitude to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Oslo, Territorial Prelature of Tromsø and Caritas Norge for joining special collection for Ukraine announced by Pope Francis.

Sunday April 24 became a special day for our country when millions of people around the globe prayed for peace in Ukraine.

We highly value the participation in this gesture of charity here on the Norwegian land. Your personal closeness and solidarity, and that of the entire Church, will stay in the hearts of the people of Ukraine and the Ukrainian community in Norway.

We are convinced that God will hear Your prayers and so long-awaited peace will come to our land.
