The Norwegian association of small and medium-sized enterprises «SMB Norway» has established the Ukrainian Business Club in Norway.

This is a new platform aimed at supporting Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises in Norway, as well as Norwegian companies interested in cooperation with Ukraine.

The club aims to provide expert support, promote business development, facilitate contacts between entrepreneurs from both countries and promote trade and economic cooperation.

The diplomats of the Embassy joined the inaugural meeting of the business club, where the Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of Ukraine Ihor Holovchenko stressed the importance of small and medium-sized enterprises for the Ukrainian economy, noting their ability to innovate, adapt quickly and generate new ideas.

Other key issues discussed during the meeting included the development of trade between Ukraine and Norway, the fight against corruption and the possibility of insuring military risks.

The significant potential for mutual exchange of experience that will contribute to business development in both Ukraine and Norway was emphasized.
