On May 28, First Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha met with Ambassador of Norway to Ukraine Helene Sand Andresen.

The parties discussed priorities for further bilateral cooperation in key areas for Ukraine, including the military-industrial and energy sectors.

The First Deputy Minister expressed his gratitude to the Norwegian side for its consistent and comprehensive support in countering the full-scale Russian aggression, particularly thanking for providing long-term financial support to Ukraine for the period of 2023-2027.

The interlocutors paid attention to the preparation and organization of the Global Peace Summit in Switzerland and the widest possible participation of countries from the Global South.

Andrii Sybiha thanked the Norwegian side for confirming participation in the Summit at the highest level.
